Julian Lloyd Webber and his wife Jiaxin invite audiences to join them for an evening of music, stories and celebration, as Julian returns to Ireland fresh from the publication of his candid and widely acclaimed autobiography, Bows and Arrows.

Together, they explore the extraordinary story behind Bach's sublime Cello Suites: how these masterpieces lay undiscovered for nearly two hundred years, and how Bach shaped both their lives as musicians.

It's a richly illustrated journey through one of classical music's most remarkable careers: more than 60 recorded albums, including Variations, Lloyd Webber plays Lloyd Webber, and his Brit Award-winning recording of Elgar's Cello Concerto.

Beyond the recordings, Julian has spent decades in service of music and young people. An ambassador of the King's Trust and a patron of Young Lives vs Cancer for over thirty years, he was also the London Underground's first official busker and the only classical musician chosen to perform at the Closing Ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games.

Bach, Bows and Arrows! features live performances from Jiaxin, video clips and personal reflections from Julian's own archive, and a rare open Q&A. Audiences get a once-in-a-lifetime chance to question both Lloyd Webbers directly, as they recall working alongside Elton John, Philip Glass, Yehudi Menuhin, Stéphane Grappelli, Joaquín Rodrigo, and Julian's brother, Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Unique, intimate and genuinely insightful. An evening with two of Britain's most distinguished musicians.
